Shipping and Returns

All orders will be sent UPS Ground.

Any order that has arrived in damaged condition must be reported within 5 days of receipt by email to: cbentyne@shadyladylytzz.com, along with photos of the damage to the box as well as the product. Failure to do so will result in you order not being replaced or refunded.
